Patrick Beharelle is the Chief Executive Officer for SeatonCorp, a best-in-class staffing and recruiting company that operates under the PeopleScout, Staff Management, and StudentScout brands. SeatonCorp has over 25,000 employees and was recently recognized by Inc. Magazine as the #1 Job Creator in America, among privately held companies. Patrick has helped oversee revenue growth of nearly 70% since becoming CEO in 2009. He has been a featured speaker at several key talent acquisition industry events, a regular contributor to industry publications and is a recognized thought leader in the talent acquisition space. Prior to joining SeatonCorp, Patrick held senior level positions at Spherion and Accenture, and was President and Co-Founder of a successful, venture-backed financial services provider. Patrick received his MBA degree from The Wharton School.
Rick Betori is President of StudentScout and is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the company’s business development and delivery operations. Rick brings over 20 years of sales, marketing, and operation leadership experience in multiple industries. Prior to joining StudentScout, Rick was President of Wonderlic, Inc. where he was responsible for the company’s employment and post-secondary education businesses, posting profitable growth throughout his tenure. Prior to joining Wonderlic, Rick was Principal of INSinc Management Consulting - a Chicago-area consulting firm specializing in strategic consultation and sales process design. Rick is a graduate of Bradley University.
Alison Kassel is the Chief Information Officer for SeatonCorp with over 26 years of experience. She is a versatile business technology leader, with experience in developing strategies, transforming organizations, and delivering solutions enabling organizations to achieve their strategic and operating plan objectives. Prior to joining SeatonCorp, Alison has held significant IT roles for highly respected organizations such as U.S. Cellular, Motorola, McDonalds, Cap Gemini, and Andersen Consulting. Alison has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and has completed Executive Education programs at The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and is a Certified Change Agent.
Michael is currently serving in the role of VP of Operations and is responsible for directing contact center operations and works closely with clients to drive operational excellence. He also oversees hiring, training and quality functions. Michael plays a key role in client on-boarding and account management. Michael joined StudentScout in 2007 and brings over 15 years of experience in managing sales and Operations teams and holds a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University.
